Working with multiple Protohaund instances

Ask the client to call instances_list, then check the name, module, version and installation location. Use instance_get and profile_get_capabilities with the selected instance's full instanceId. The latter returns current operations and their execution conditions.

Restarting the application changes instanceId. A PID or matching name does not replace this address. Refresh capabilities after changing modules or permissions. If the client does not update its tool list, use profile_call for a published operation with its current description and catalog revision.

Agent access shows Status, Profile, Instance ID, Connected agents and Jobs. Connected agents counts connections, not people. Stop jobs in this instance cancels jobs in this instance; it does not close the application or hardware port. Disabling access blocks new calls and cancels affected jobs.

Access is controlled by instance permissions.
